I put my hands over my ears as the applause grows deafening.
The Dreamers Guild was created in 1991 by eight
people not too different from you who shared one dream:
to build a company devoted to producing quality products
enriched by the imaginative spirit. Essentially,
thats a flowery way of saying that they wanted to
make cool games and have fun. Though we now have close to
100 of the most creative and experienced minds in the
gaming business, our goal has remained the same. Weve developed several of our own proprietary technologies (what the kids these days are calling "Killer Apps") which include isometric tiling, pseudo and real 3-D rendering technologies. Weve also made products for all major gaming platforms including PC, PC CD-ROM, Mac, and Mac CD-ROM. Weve worked with some of the industrys best people, including Maxis, Electronic Arts, Cyberdreams, Software Toolworks (Mindscape), Apple Computer StarCore Publishing, New World Computing, MultiPlayer Game Network, Turner Interactive Media, Trimark Interactive and Westwood Studios (Virgin Interactive). All these folks have published Guild-developed products in the past four years. Weve also always had an interest in the internet and multi-player online games. Someone mustve clicked their heels three times because were not in Kansas anymore, Dorothy. Were on the leading edge of this brand new field. Want proof? Well, we have six new games on the front burner for America Online. We can't give all of the details yet, but keep your eyes peeled. The bottom line is that we really care about what we do. To us, there isnt anything more important than fun. Getting people from all over the world hooked up, chatting, or playing a game in other words, having fun is what were all about. We take our fun pretty seriously. So, lets see thats (1) make cool games, (b) have fun doing it, and (III) make sure everybody is having fun. Thats pretty much what were about. If youd like to join in our reindeer games, just keep checking in with us. Talk to us. Play our games. Join our chat. We want to make this webpage as interactive as we can, and thatll take your help. After all, being a Dreamer is a state of mind. You tell us your dreams, and well tell you ours Dreamers
