There were two final designs for the cover of The Wyrmkeep Entertainment Co. release of Inherit the Earth: Quest for the Orb. Each features Rif, Rhene, Okk and Eeah, but one incorporates portraits of the characters while the other has 3D renderings instead. I and the artist eventually decided to go with the portrait-based cover.

The 3D-rendered characters eventually appeared on the cover of the Adventurers Guide; i.e., the hint book.

Unfortunately, the models of the characters are not suitable for use in a 3D game, like Inherit the Earth 2 will be.
