I think this was concept piece for the cover of the New World Computing release of Inherit the Earth: Quest for the Orb, although its not really structured properly for adding logos and other elements one would see on a software box cover. This can be compared to Terrie's other cover concept illustration. As before the art features (from left to right) Eeah, Rif and Okk.
